Our Sri Lanka

  Yes, my country Sri Lanka is wonderful. Once the great scientist Artur C.Clerk recalled it as a mini universe. Bio and the climatic diversity of this small country are amazing. The great spirit of people which we have proved through the human relationships and sports, is really unbelievable .We can be proud of our history and culture.

          There are different climates in various parts of the country. Sinharaja  (the main rain forest)has it’s own biodiversity with some bio devisers are inherited.

          Our spirit is mainly based on bravery and hospitality. Our soldiers defeated LTTE terrorism and proved our spirit which invaders of 4 countries could not crush (India, Portugal, Holland and Britain). Cricket proved the Sri Lankan spirit in number of times.

We have got an eventful history  over 3000 years going back to the time of the great king Ravana. Our culture is highlighted lots of events including ‘esala’ ceremony.

We had developed our own science including fantastic irrigation and medicine.

So finally,

               If Sri Lanka isn’t wonderful nothing is.
